LIHUE, Hawaii (AP) — A judge says a Hawaii attorney convicted of harassment is a "dirty old man" for licking a client's ear. The Kauai prosecuting attorney's office says McCreery took the stand Thursday to deny he licked the woman's ear and said she initiated the hug.
