Police say the suspect captured early Thursday was taken to Falmouth Hospital following his arrest because he was complaining of back pain. Chief Rodney Collins tells the Cape Cod Times (http://bit.ly/P2vA7L ) that 23-year-old William Kophammer was caught by a police dog shortly after 6:30 a.m. Thursday carrying a backpack filled with coins, jewelry, iPods and other items he allegedly stole from several homes and cars.
