SpongeBob SquarePants has been accused of "promoting homosexuality" by a study from the Ukranian National Expert Commission For Protecting Public Morality.
The beloved cartoon character has also been charged with being part of a "large-scale experiment" to turn Ukraine's children into "criminals and perverts."
