SPRUCE GROVE, Alta. - Police west of Edmonton have laid several charges against a man accused of behaving violently at a tanning salon and a daycare centre.
RCMP say the man went to a tanning salon in Spruce Grove, Alta., on Wednesday but left his booth fully nude and started harassing staff.
After dressing and leaving, he allegedly hit an elderly man on the street, crushing his hearing aid.
From there, the man walked into a daycare centre where 56 children were present.
A parent stepped in and tried to get him to leave, at which point two people were assaulted, plus one more out on the street.
Jason Genge, 33, of Stony Plain, Alta., has been charged with assault, causing a disturbance, mischief, committing an indecent act and trying to bribe a police officer.
He has been remanded until Oct. 9 in Stony Plain Provincial Court.
