It's not news anymore that coffee is a healthy beverage choice.
It's the number one source of antioxidants in the U.S. diet and studies link coffee to longer lifespans, better sexual health and even lower risk of brain diseases like Alzheimer's.
But is there such a thing as too much coffee?
According to the video above from Elle, most doctors recommend drinking no more than 400 mg of caffeine per day -- that's about five 12-ounce lattes or four cups of joe.
