What appears to be a very confused (drunk?) woman attempts to put her sunglasses on her foot like a shoe on the Moscow subway. The best part? Just when you think she's finally going to figure it out, she doesn't.
We don't know what they're teaching kids in the D.A.R.E. program these days, but this video could be an effective anti-intoxication tool. Just sayin'.
