Police: Woman Stabs Half-Brother With Serving Fork During Thanksgiving Dinner

An argument over an Annapolis Thanksgiving Dinner ended with a 27-year-old woman stabbing her half-brother with a serving fork, police said.

Police said the stabbing took place in the 1100 block of Madison St. Shenika Allsup, 27, and her victim had been arguing and the spat escalated, police said. Allsup used the fork as a weapon, stabbing Deonte Antionio Wallace, 23, in the neck, according to a police report.

An officer who responded found Wallace in the parking lot of an apartment building, clutching his neck and wearing a bloodied white T-shirt, the report shows. The officer found two bleeding wounds in the base of Wallace's neck and another officer found blood stains inside a nearby apartment.

Wallace was transported to Anne Arundel Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.

Allsup was arrested and charged with first-degree assault, second-degree assault and reckless endangerment and is being held on a $1 million bond, police said.
