According to AFP, the erectile dysfunction medication is banned in Pakistan, but some pills -- including contraband versions of Viagra -- are smuggled in through Afghanistan and sold in shops. Four tablets of the contraband medication sell for $1 in the Pashtun region.
"Pills, gels, every form of the drug" is sold in the region, with multiple images of the president donning packages for the contraband pills.
