A security camera caught the out-of-control delivery truck on tape so that we can all witness the misfortune three dogs saw firsthand. The canines get visibly riled up as they watch the driver desperately chase his vehicle down the street in the video dated April 3. But what's not visible is the dogs' silent judgement.
Okay fine, so dogs don't judge. But seriously, that driver had one job!
