A 40-year-old woman broke 1,000 clay roof tiles with her bare hands to claim a world record, according to a YouTube video posted by TIG Media.
Lisa Dennis completed the feat in 83.98 seconds, then agreed to marry her boyfriend, Chris Pitman, who owns the male record, the BBC reported.
A BBC segment on the event, in Orpington, U.K., shows a Guinness World Record administrator confirming the mark. It was Dennis' third attempt at breaking the target 90-second barrier, according to the network.
"This was not an easy record to break," said Dennis, who had blood on her arm to show for her work.
