Police in Massachusetts say a 39-year-old man was seriously injured in what appeared to be a samurai sword attack over the weekend.
A Bourne man was airlifted to Rhode Island Hospital following the incident early Sunday morning. Police said the suspect allegedly stabbed the victim multiple times with a 3-foot samurai sword, according to Cape Cod Today.
The website reports:
The 28-year-old suspect, who was not identified, was filmed as police escorted him from the crime scene in handcuffs. He was shirtless and appeared to be splattered with blood.
In a YouTube video posted by user David Curran, an officer can be seen removing the alleged weapon from the scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
