A toothless man in Lakewood, Washington was charged with assault and criminal mischief after allegedly gumming the wrist of his roommate because she would not clean his ear for him.
Kenneth Chambers, 52, also allegedly choked and poured water on the victim, according to KOMO News.
Police say Chambers confessed to biting his roommate, but said he was acting in self-defense.
He also allegedly stated he couldn't have hurt her because of his lack of teeth.
You don't necessarily need a lot of teeth to seriously injure someone with a bite, however. In September, a man in England with only a couple of teeth was found guilty of biting off his neighbor's penis.
